I didn't think it was that slow really. Once it was up in the canopy it didn't make a differance as it's only small movements really. I was telling the guy operating it about your material handler Brian. He liked the sound of it big time:)

I've been climbing for a new (too me) company the last few weeks. Owner is a nice guy and his full-time staff are top guys. He has this little machine which comes in rather handy:D 23m (75' ish) and folds up to 1m (3'3") wide on a custom trailor.

Managed to drop a nice large Hornbeam butt onto my foot today:cry:. Hit on the toe cap luckily but hard enough to dent it. My big toe is throbbing like a mofo at the moment and i reeckon I will probably lose the nail:cry:

Andy, get ya arse down to an osteopath, totally differant to a chiropractor. Chiro's only deal woth joints, osteo's deal with muscles and joints which seem to be more your problem. As for your hips, my wife says have ya got collapsed arches in ya feet?

I spent just 1 day in waders in a waist deep river earlier in the year just fishing butt ends towards the bank to be pulled out. I could hardly walk the next day and I had to block a big Poplar spar down on spikes:(

Managed to blag a little looky round the gardens at the Beckhams place today.Very nice laid out formal gardens, huge amount of ££££ spent. My jaw nearly hit the floor when the gardener told me the 15' tall cloud pruned Scot's Pine cost £15k!!
