Good Morning!

Maybe an 'ascent' pay check would be better :P

Good luck with getting re-settled

Ugggghhhh not such a good morning here... :barf:

We started the night when we went out for Mexican food and margaritas. It went downhill from there. By the end of the night, we ended up back at the hotel bar, the guys buying me drinks, and funny tale of karaoke and me chasing a fat bottomed girl of a dancing queen, who had the bad touch like mammals doing it on the discovery channel, all while pounding Sex on the Beaches, and Boiler Makers, and contemplating a Shamrock tattoo(didn't do it though). ::oops:

Yes, I'm sitting in class with a hangover, and a new nickname... Nitro. :morning:

couldn't sleep last night, my nose is plugged up. March madness cold? See if I can work it out today

No work today, banks are closed, stock market is closed, trying to think of a good reason to get up and get dressed. Although I am getting a hankering for a sausage egg McMuffin... :/:

After a couple of 50 degrees days to get us thinking about spring, this morning there is 4 inches of fresh white stuff outside and another possible 4" expected.

And I have to go out and chip brush! Yippee! :whine:

Kind of crazy that I actually have to work today, seeing as most people 'round here are Catholic. Was a windy night it kept me awake waiting for the call that never came...oh well nice and quiet in the office this mornin'
Sausage sounds good, but no meat for me today:cry:

If God intended for us to not eat meat, then he wouldn't have made it taste so good. And then there's the incisor teeth thing...
:D

God put cows on this earth so we could eat steak and wear leather.

and it all taste good on the grill

Still sick as a dog, headaches, snot, body aches the whole bit.
Supposed to climb with Gerry today but forget it.

I finally got around to porting the 038 Mag last night.I looked like I worked in an aluminum factory after I was done.

After polishing the ports with tripoli then red rouge I looked more like a coal miner.

I'll get in back togther in a short time then we'll see where the bear chit in the woods or if I screwed up some place along the way.

Just so everybody knows, the average cost of porting a saw at around 200-250 involves a lot of work. I only do it because I like to.I'll be damned if I'd do it for a living .

did some pruning this AM, started the truck to go get lunch and it was running funny, missing on one or more cylenders, like last week when I had it in the shop for a day, didnt work and dropped $700 or so into it. When I went back today the mechanic (I trust over a long term) suggested I start shopping for new wheels....

hit 3 lots on the way home, looking at an '05 F150 4x4 XLT with 40,000KM. did some bargaining and its in my price range but the payment term is a bit lengthy to accomodate my monthly willingness.

Paul, I've owned Fords all my life but you might consider the Chevies also. They get noticably better fuel economy. Everyone I know with a Chevy pickup gets 3-4 mpg more than the Fords.

Best wishes for you and your friend Gigi.

Paul, What kind of mechanic suggests replacing a vehicle instead of repairing it? Must be some weird Canadian thing....
