The Official Critter Thread

Yet again, Kyle...if we're really keeping score :D.

Not that I think it's a good idea to do that. I'd much rather we gently poke fun at each other's human foibles, and stay friends because we value each other.
 
I'll report that M and I, on our regular almost daily walk of 4 miles or so in the woods and on logging roads we access from our house, noted an exceedingly fresh mountain lion scat pile in the middle of our trail. Nice, unless you step in it!
 
That was an interesting article cory, both on that particular bear, and grizzlies in general. I didn't know they had such a plant heavy diet.

Saw my first spider of the season early this week, in the woods. I love spiders, ftr:drink:
 
I've heard peepers, and some other kind of frog so far. It was by a pond, and not the generalized cacophony though. It'll be a little while for that.
