Totally agree on what Jim says...PTs and MTs can work wonders.
Kyle, I agree with Jim and Pat....big part of sciatica can be flexibility and alignment. Proper stretching and strengthening (and balance of strength) can help a lot.
PTs and MTs understand that stuff...especially PTs.
Fix it and maintain it now while you can. I associate lessening strength and flexibility with getting old...performance-wise. Old folks walk with shortened gaits and less than ideal postures...a result of not maintaining good strength and flexibility.

The main time I've been around any tree housers was primarily at the West
Coast Get Together years ago. I think all of them moved with power and vigor which is expected since they were there to climb redwoods. By old folks I mean you'll see people even in their 40s and 50s sometimes that have already given up on their fitness and move with a shortened stride and stooped posture. Especially people in their 70s and 80s will adapt adopt a shortened gate which is a function of lessened flexibility.

This morning M went out to start the Subaru and head to town for a library holds pick up, then to the local farm stand for veggies...but no joy. The Forester started fine, but shuddered and shimmied bad.
A four cylinder Boxer engine will do that, if overnight bastardo squirrels/chipmunks/pack rats have chewed all four spark plug wires pretty hard, and one all the way through on both ends of a 6 inch section

We sent her off in the old Tundra, errands accomplished.
I ordered a new set of wires for in store pick-up at the nearest auto parts store to have a good quality custom fit set in stock...half an hour away. Took about an hour and a half to replace them. Running fine now.

Mr. B this was an accidental catch I was after rats but any pest will do. Raw bacon was the bait, the trick is threading it in the hook so they bite and tug.

My lady did wonders on my shoulder last night at the kitchen table, the massage table.
A knot in my upper back was pinching a nerve that was giving a bit of numbness in my pinkie and ring finger.
Too much lifting, not enough hydration/ electrolytes, stretching and massage.
Massage Therapists do wonders. So worth the money. You will increase production enough to pay for it. Like driving a truck for work/$ makes all you need for a lube/ oil/ filter. This is basic body maintenance.

Hadn't seen Ol' Creepy in awhile, and was wondering where she went. I was just getting in bed to listen to the radio, and she was on my pillow D^: Tried to catch her in a can, and she dropped behind the bed.

I rode the motorcycle to the bakershop for fresh bread this morning.
It is 15 miles away, so makes for a nice early morning ride.
Having fresh rolls for sunday breakfast is a tradition here, so there are always lots of people at the baker shop.
With COVID restrictions they only let 4 people in the shop at a time, so there are a long line along the sidewalk of people waiting for bread.
Later I wished I had thought to take a photo.
Then I cold show folks here, like Scott and Jim, that they are right in thinking socialism is just a pipe dream.
I mean, we still have bread lines.
Starting with a bike ride, then breakfast with the mail order bride outside in the shade sure is a fine way to start the day.

It’s a daily 6am run to the Bakerei while visiting in Wittenberg at our friend’s. Mathias dotes on Karen and always gets her a sweet roll along with the Brötchen. I often go along for the ride despite being a Celiac and never getting to taste those German Breakfast rolls.

Now the numbers are rising again, there are talks about making it mandatory to wear masks in public.
Then I will, of course.
Just like I did on my recent visit to Schweiz.
No big deal.
Doesn't make me feel like "They" are stepping on my rights.
Also doesn't make me feel like I have to refuse to wear one, so I can compare myself to Wilhelm Tell, Rosa Parks or whoever it was Scott went on about.
Like I said, no big deal.

Like many on here, I will wear a mask in shops if it’s mandatory, no big deal really.
One thing I’m curious about though.
If the wearing of masks is a big plan by tptb to control us, then the fact it makes facial recognition technology redundant doesn’t really follow the narrative of them controlling our every move.

We wore masks working a fire line. I wear a mask when I have to work with concrete dust, milling, sanding, sandblasting, painting. I have worn an oversized bandana "bandit" style anytime I run a chainsaw at odd angles (it works wonders for keeping sawdust out of my hickory shirt and cutting down on the boogers too) otherwise it just stays around my neck. Soak it in cold water and it cools you neck and head. If you can't stand wearing a face covering because of breathing it's cuz your doing it wrong. Don't fold, rather roll your bandana to half way , now you are only breathing through 1 layer and the roll gaskets about the bridge of the nose preventing the fogging of glasses. I got a big schnauz and it still works for me. Now as to the efficacy of said face covering who knows, but it keeps people off my back, and allows me to go anywhere I want to go any time. I just feel like I'm at work or a kid allover again bucking hay.
