How'd it go today?

I've been sick as a dog since my MR scanning yesterday.

They warn you that some folks react badly to the contrast stuff they make you ingest and inject you with.

Not me, I thought, big tough logger and all that jazz.

That stuff sure got to me.

A friend came over today to help me split firewood, I had to call it quits after 3 hours.

Sick as a dog, could only split wood for 3 hours. You'll probably insist on crawling out of bed to dig your own grave! We won't tell anyone if you want to take a day off to get some rest.... No disrespect intended.

I was using the hydrailic splitter, not splitting by hand.

Heck yea we use firewood down here. It's a chilly hillbilly outside right now - I even have my space heater going.

I'm not surprised to see the forum here thriving. It's a place of mutual respect. That makes it work. I moderate OPE that same way......because I saw it working here. Say whatever you must, but treat each other with the same respect and courtesy you'd like to receive.
