Ha, that's the ticket! Damn. Trailers identical to mine, eh? 16'ish, I think 15,000 gvw

Winch straps are on the opposite side though. You know what year it is?
 
2003 or 2004, IIRC.

What's a GVW? :lol:

That's about the biggest load we've ever put on it, for sure.

That load was very light. I had 12 metric tonnes on, and could carry 18, but it was rather dubiously tied on. on my older truck, I could carry 20.
 
There is no photographic evidence of my ugly loads. Just remember, if the twanging noises coincide with road signs, you've got something hanging out a bit on the passenger side.;)

Actually, I didnt kill it, it was dead when I got there. Honest. :D
 
Man I am way behind in this thread, Dave S old IH Cornbinder reminded me that was my first truck too :lol:
Had a lot more than 6200 miles on it when I got it, traded a logsplitter for butter city farms old hauler.

Great big wood on truck photos, All the big wood we cut never took pics of it on the truck. :whine:

Cool! I like IH trucks. You must be working on the brakes. They were always having brake problems. Mine, being a firetruck has two completely separate brake systems, including two boosters, and two wheel cylinders at each wheel. Will stop about any load.

That picture is from New Zealand and about 15 years ago now.
We do have some large Sitka Spruce here in Bergen,Doug Firs as well.
