Pulling wood out of the brush?

Tip on the oil dip stick, bend it towards the opening.

The air filter can be taken off and on without removing the air tank, just gotta twist it a bit. Both are retarded designs.

I know, now at least, dragging brush go backwards, bu I was trying to drive up the ramps and drop it on the trailer, as I did with the logs.
I also learned REALY FAST that I shouldn't have my fat azz standing on the platform while trying to back it off the trailer!!! Yeah, that got hairy FAST!!!
Educational day!
Damn ,you didn't flip that thing did you .:O

I've laid mine over several times, rolled it a couple times, and turtled it once.

Normally the platform bottoms out and keeps you from going over, generally.

No, no fliping, came close though!

Played a little, got the two speed switch freed up and working again. Then I swapped the tires around, the two bald ones were on the left. The bald ones are on the back and the good ones on the front.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOOOOOOOVE!!!!!!!!!
The mini!!! Had to make an emergency run this morning. (We were broke.)
Should have gone solo, but tried two trucks/trailers and two guys. My "help's" dream has always been to do the cutting. He got his chance today, he failed miserably!!!! Even going 100yds to the trailer, driving on the trailer, dumping and straigtening it out, then go back. He couldn't keep up! He thought he needed to place every piece perfectly and help me pick up every load!! Just keep cutting!!!!!
"Well, which tree now?" Dude, do you see the dead ones? "Yeah." You see all the trees on the ground? "Yeah." CUT THEM UP!!!!
Jeez...................... Is it that hard?

I got so frustrated with him, instead of putting straight gas in the mini, I dumped my saw gas in, DOH!!!! Glad it wasn't the other way around a least, and all the internals are geting lubed good!!
The grapple was amazing!!! If it couldn't pick it up it would drag it. I need to learn how to use it unloading now!
I wish it was a hair faster, but probably good that it isn't:lol: I need to build a scabord of some sort so when I go solo I can just have the saw right there with me. Might not be a bad idea to take the bucket once in a while as well, that short wheelbase can get rough over some of the humps I was jumping today, but.................
All in all, pretty happy so far!

Toldyaso!

Unloading is the same as loading, just in reverse.

What saw was he using that he couldn't keep up with you? In 6' wood maybe, but around 2' shouldn't be hard to double cut while you're on your 200 yard journey.

Carl, this guy is an IDIOT!!!! He had the choice between my modded 350, my modded 046, his stock 350 or MS270. It wouldn't matter, and didn't. Every time I made a run I had to explain to him AGAIN what to cut. I would seriously do better by myself!!! DTW met him, maybe he can explain better!!
No, he should have cut and been sitting on the tailgate for an hour and a half waiting on me!!

That would be the one and only!!!

Idiot?

Andy, Dave you guys were great wish I had more time to hang out and cut wood with with you, thanks again for dinner and beers! :)

Andy hope you are back to 100%. Glad you like the machine I hope it runs a good long time for you. I'll ship you that Xtra stuff tomorrow.

Ran up to McPherson KS after breakfast and Mark Treder had two 36" Elms on the ground. Mark wanted to buy my other newer Thomas. We ran 3 diff machines, after loading and dumping two trailer loads and 3 chip trk loads in about 3 hours, he bought the New Boxer 427 wheel right there :D (more lift & twice as fast as the 25G).
he was going to have his guys load them by hand :O

When I pulled away from there and left that machine he had mighty happy employees. pix kinda suxs
