How'd it go today?

Selling my GRCS tomorrow, thats a few grand I needed and I didn't even have to list it!

gonna take part of that money and put it into the shipping for my 200T, sending it to a buddy around the Savannah GA area as his 2nd saw, he's young and new to saws so I'm sending it to him as a Christmas gift, helicoil broke off and locked it up so I'm letting him keep it and fix it, his first pro saw

got another guy trying to buy my 500i but he only wants to pay $800 tops, gonna have to keep bringing it up for a week or so before he decides its worth atleast a grand and a snickers bar, but I believe I will talk him into it eventually!

Yesterday was a crane day, thus it was fun. Josh, of Rock Wonders, is one smooooooooth operator, and always a joy to work with. Also, he had the best joke of the day, threatening to make Stephen a human tea bag, by dipping him into the pool. I climbed a blue oak to remove a few RV scraping limbs after the crane left.
I meant to post last night, when it was relevant, but I got busy, holding the flashlight for Levi, while he fixed his motorcycle.

IMG_0232.jpeg Mud season is back. We drove in fine. Played hop scotch with 24 mats 6 times to get out at the end of the day. I don’t enjoy the cold but I just wish it would show up and stick around till the end of march. I just have to with stand the BS till Friday. After that I’m off for two weeks. Hopefully I’ll battle be enough time to recharge.

I was headed home yesterday with the gooseneck loaded behind me when I started smelling something getting hot. I was passing a log truck on the RR tracks, and assumed it was his brakes I was smelling. About a half mile further, I was still smelling it. Then I felt something off in the steering. I pulled over to check things out. Front left wheel was smoking. I was five miles from home, so I limped it on to the house, driving slow. There were no bearings left in the race. I did find ONE being, and it was on top of the hub. Got it all reassembled while ago, ready for work tomorrow. Couldn't have happened at a more convenient time. Almost home, between jobs, rainy day.
