How'd it go today?

i did traffic control for the butter and eggs parade back in 91 or 92.
50 minutes and i can leave this garden show!!

spent the day with my informational booth and giving one or two climbing demonstrations.
Gerry B. & his lovely wife came and visited for awhile.

I got some free DVDs from him!

Worked days today . After work I stacked a short cord of oak I had split over about 2-3 days .

Then, believe it or not old Al the chef grilled steaks on the grill .Not to bad if I do say so myself .Psst ,don't anybody tell that woman I can cook ,I've denied that fact for years .;)

Been a looooooong time since I posted on this thread, missed it for sure. I got back at 9pm from the first UK arb show of the year at Capel Manor, east of london. Made the mistake of falling asleep immediatly, now awake again (03.55am here) and can't sleep :(. Great show though, hooked up with Steve Bullman, Big A, Highscale and others. Much merriyment on the friday night, oh and alot of sore heads sat am

There are shows but they are in convention centers and never someplace where folks can camp out. It would be fun to have one like that.

Glad you had a good time Pete. Was Ed there?

i slept in my truck with a canopy and air mattress at Coeur d'Alene a few years ago. tightwad that i am:D

Looked at this behemolth this morning. Normway maple in a tight ass backyard. Chips go wood go. Lotta rope, prob buy/rent a GRCS if I get it.

Probably putting 4 days on it. Old school, don't think a crane can work with wire overhead in front yard :X.

He just paid someone $1500 to prune a couple branches...ouch.

Three fellas for sure.

I'd Prepare for the clean up with all that ripping wood, with burlap.

Butter and eggs was fun and mellow.
I was able to find shade this year.

Afterwards we went to Stinson Beach, Great day was a yesterday.
Beauty drive south from Pt.Reyes to Stinson on Hwy 1.

Yesterday I washed and greased the buckettruck, chipper, mini, and trailer. Today is chainsaws and climbing/rigging gear.

keep it all nice and shiny!! want to trade minis yet:D surely that ramrod is awful, ill sacrifice my dingo straight across!

Heh grease is cheap and shiny helps make the customers feel all warm and cozy inside when they get the big bill.;)

As far as mini's I think I'll just keep struggling along with mine.

I must work too hard and too cheap. Brendon that looks like 2 days for 2 guys to me...maybe half a day more alone for me doing final clean up.

It's a big tree for sho. Probably putting 4 days, 3 guys for the first couple, 2 for the last-$4800ish. I got a guy who jump through hoops for wood.
