Too warm and dry for this time of year...high east winds the last two days with red flag warnings for fire conditions. Forecast 80 degrees here at my home for a high today, crazy for mid Oct.

We were drenched yesterday, both by rain and by sweat; And me, covered helmet to boots with mapple saw dust glued by the water. Nice looking guy !

Don't really remember but my mother and I spent two days on a train that time waiting to get home.

My bedroom window's still open. A couple nights recently got to freezing, but it's pretty warm now. Calling for 53° tonight. It's raining.

Down to the 40s here now. Tonight we will shut the bed room window to a crack. No fire yet. Rob did. But he has tile floors and no body fat.

Hey Steve, heard you guys over in NSW etc have been hit hard, we only got some local flooding, near what it was like back in 2016 with those storms.

front paddock, so much for the cut hay.



Still nothing compared the amount you guys have been hit with.
