hmmm, shrimp salad sammich and fries; chicken breast, spuds, carrots, corn on the cob and something called 'mizairia' in Polish, sliced cucumbers in a mix of light sour cream and vinegar with a bit of pepper and today's lunch, buffalo (sauce) cheeseburger with taters and grilled veggie salad.

my wife made breaded chicken with basil and rosemary marinara with some garlic pepper angel hair pasta and green string beans with corn.

Tonight... Stir Fry.. Had some pork tenderloins....
Some step by step progress.....
I love doing these because of the quickness... I start the rice, prep the veggies and meat... Rice about done.. Start cooking...
Black pepper, thyme, fresh ground ginger..... Garlic. Peppers, celery onions. Shiitake mushrooms... Some squash and young pinto bean pods from the garden.
Add stock, soy, sesame oil, hoisin, tariyaki, when boiling, add corn starch and stir in.. Served with white rice tonight.
