yup. 20% jerk bbq marinade and the rest good old Kraft BBQ sauce. :) was just a hint of spicy in the mix. how do you work that twirl hook beeatch on the big grill? :D
 
imma gonna need a video or something, it looks so simple that a simpleton like me could F it up just nicely. :)
 
HAHAHAHA..

For chicken my friend... Better than burning it... I can cook it slow on the grill and it will take my entire attention. But when doing over hot coal (the way I do, not propane) par baked is good...
Marinate and bake till 140F then finish and brown on grill till 165F.
With kids and family waiting.. it is the way to go .. Let alone in a restaurant. Ribs same way... Makes them very tender how I do it.
Now if ya gonna smoke em... diffy story ;)

I'm having a big ol' greek salad. The cheap sob's don't put pepperoncini peppers on anymore.:( NOt really a greek without em'.;)
 
250th Guinness? do tell! we had breakfast for supper, eggs, bacon and hashbrowns, my plate werent so filling so I had two pieces of toast with chocolate sprinkles and two more with something called applestroop, a molasses like paste from Holland. :D
