had a company bbq here last night, 5 liter mini keg of heineken, a couple extra beers after and a carafe of sangria with fruit for the ladies. I grilled corn on the cob, citrus marinated chicken thighs, veggie skewers and a couple hamburgers. We also had a big platter of veggies, chips and home made dip. one of my guys brought a fruit flan / cake thing for dessert. idle chatter till the wee hours, a good time, sorry, no pics.

I saw this pulled pork bbq stuff in the grocery store last week. Grabbed a couple since they were on sale and I like pork. I'm sorry to say that it ain't that great.

I have been slacking lately, here are a few from the last few eves etc.

tonights dinner first:
pink salmon with wild rice and mizerya (polish for cucumbers, tomatoes and sour cream/vinegar dressing)
quick cook pork chops with hash browns and green beans with sweet 1,000,000 tomaters
oriental marinade chicken thighs with kraft dinner and salad (green beans, cucumbers, tomaters, red onion and zucchini) with ranch dressing
beef taco salad
bowtie pasta with marinara style sauce and fresh parmesan
Pork chop with home grown mashed taters and green onions, green beans.
chicken burger with sweet red onion, baked sweet potato fries with chipotle mayo

Wow, Paul. I was going to post that I had pizza tonight....but after those pix...well....it just doesn't seem right.

its just basic fare, no biggie, I had pizza twice last week, was at meetings one night and we had no time or energy the other, no pics though, you can check the costco website for the pepperoni and the mcain site for the hawaiian.
