What Did Ya'll Have For Dinner Tonight?

Risotto with some chantarelles, i caught and dried in summer.
Green salad from the garden.
We are having a most unusual warm fall, so we still have lettuce under cover.
 
Last night was lentil soup and biscuits. Simple fare.

Company is coming tonight for teriyaki salmon, brown and wild rices steamed with mushrooms and toasted sunflower seeds, and a garden salad. For dessert, M baked a tort with a sour cream-based topping and blackberries from the freezer. Fancy fare :).
