Had a really good lunch. Got the idea from reddit, and when I saw it, I thought "Of course!". Surprised I never came up with it myself. It's simply a flour tortilla with hummus spread inside, some cucumber, sweet pepper, onion, and feta cheese. I was trialing it for work, but I think it would come apart too easily there. Good for home though, and super easy and quick.
I finally got around to trying this.
Very good!

I like tofu. I used to make kabobs with it on the grill. Marinade the stuff in sauce, and grill til the tofu gets a bit of a skin on it. Pretty good.

Gonna be too hot to cook inside again, so I'll put some salmon on the smoker grill with a side of jalapeno poppers, and make a salad.

Last night it was a shrimp salad with biscuits, which are only in the oven for 10 minutes...wasn't quite as hot yesterday, either.

Peanuts. Not sure if that was dinner. Made hummus wraps for a late lunch, so maybe that was dinner
