I love Asparagus.
Happily I live next to a field of them and have carte blance to pick as many as I can eat.
Tonight's dinner is something I was served at a restaurant in Schweiz 2 years ago and have been fiddling with since.
Cook some gnocchi. Then brown some butter in the wok, and toss a lot of chopped Asparagus in.
Let then cook for a bit, then add the gnocchi.
When they are warmed through, toss in a couple of large handfull of Arugula salad, salt and pepper and the juice of a Lime.
Stir twice and eat.
Fast, easy and tasty.
