That top didn't impress me murph. Do it on gaffs without letting it hit the ground to absorb the blow and I'll be impressed.

its a matter of viewpoint... do our differences in viewpoints invite curiosity or hostility Stig?

one man cuts a unintentional dutchman because he's a rookie and doesn't know the importance of a clean notch or how to cut one efficiently. Another man cuts a dutchman intentionally becasue he knows how to use that to his advantage... Both cuts look pretty much the same... how are they viewed? Someone who has been trained to never use the dutchman might see them both as "bad". That's a view point. I cut my notches with multiple cuts intentionally. It works for me. You call it a "total rookie maneuver". That's a viewpoint.

HAHAHAHAHAHA Butch good one

I didn't notice that was a Dutchman Murph, just that your 200t doesn't have a spark arrester, the baby is rippin!

I was impressed with my video lowering Pine until Butch pointed out I had everything too inline.

Was the heart rotted in that cherry? I cant tell. Id that cherry was clear there should have been a few bucks in that log.

Hey stig,
I did cut a clean face with 2 cuts... the next 20 seconds were used to take and extra 1" plate off the bottom of the face, and clean out the scraps in the apex of the notch, leaving 1" long fibers on the front of the hinge. Lets me sleep better at night..

Here's an Oak take down I did last Saturday.....wind was blowin' a little. :D

That's what Im talking about. Not sitting and being a nerd up there. Get up, blow the sucker apart, and get the check. That's how I like to roll.

That's a climber there. That video excited me.

Aww Randy, the wind will keep the mosquitos off ya!

Dang, that Chris fella never heard of being tied in twice while cutting? One is none, two is one.
