I figure a heat-challenged body responds less effectively to all things, but a coolvest will not help directly to the asthma.
I was wearing a buff yesterday, chunking and chipping. It helped dust, but made breathing a bit more challenging. A respirator for really dusty chipping helps a ton. For less dusty conditions, less so.
When the soil is so dry, every step stirs some up, especially at a working pace.
Maybe just have to tough it out.
Homeowner works for the municipal waste water treatment plant, but is a hands-on guy, and recognized how much cheaper to fix, than guarantee no need to fix.
Down below the black chain-link/ cyclone fence, the hill drops very steeply, and there is another house down there! Might need long, strong vertical-speedline rope slings for the wood, IF i get the bid.
