She is a little python!!! 2nd fight was amazing to see. And Burma vs Thai in the 3rd....well done...some serious elbows at the end.

One championship is awesome. Free download of the app and live streaming in HD.

One of the lads from my old gym in London, Jonathan Haggerty. He has been signed to One FC and demolished his first opponent.

He announced last weekend he is fighting for the One FC Muay Thai Super Series world title in May. Gonna be a great opportunity for the him.

Check out the highlight real ...

She is a beast, you can tell everyone of her opponents had an oh shit look on their face when the fight went to the ground. Very impressive that the first one got out of 2 arm bars, usually that's an instant tap.

I like that it is an excellent display of both striking & ground work. I can't stand "cat fight" style fights where both women are just flailing windmill punches trying to land as many as possible in a short a time as possible.

15 years old!

Look how fast she transitions from a triagle choke on one side to the other when the first one doesn't work in the last fight!

She has a talent for sure.

Watching 2 high level grapplers isn’t everyone’s cup ‘o’ tea, but for me Its like watching a tactical battle.

As much As I like to see striking I do enjoy watching BJJ.

I do love the One fighting championship. The fights they are putting on and the ethos of Martial Arts they are insisting on is very refreshing after MMA antics over the last few years. A lot of the trash talk is becoming like WWE.

One are creating heroes. Here is their promo vid for Jonathan for his up and coming fight for the One FC Muay Thai world title.

Agreed re: the UFC. Of course, the WWE ethic has been in place since at least UFC 3 with Kimo's bizarre entrance and roid antics. It's only gotten progressively more & more trash talky over the years.

Fit as f-ck the General. He seems to have the stamina to go the distance. Quite an explosive style and can take some pummelling too and keep on keeping on.

I remember going into work one day seriously beaten up. Nothing new there as I would quite often get thrown in with the Units.

The lads were asking who was it this time... I said a young fifteen year old kid kicked the shit out of me last night.

.

Plus, no-one who has actually done it, can imagine how hard it is physically.

Not too shabby!

Breakaway boards and a bad foot angle to do any real damage... but awesome air time and great accuracy!

Phenomenal fight.

It is up there on the One Championships YouTube channel.

Stig, not sure what happened. See if this works. the link has all the fights on the card but Jonathan is the last fight. Starts about 3:17 into the clip.

Justin did you watch the interview at the end...?

Interviewer: "Whats it mean to you ? Whats. it like to blah blah? Against a Blah blah? What now blah blah?"

JH: "I am lost for words. I am gutted, I broke my nose in the first round but couldn't tell anyone incase they stopped the fight... my nose is frigged!"

Ha! No I missed that bit of the interview. He does seem to be able to take a hell of a beating and just shrug it off. That fourth round the only round I would've scored to Sam-A looked punishing. But on the other hand barely seemed to phase John.

Tough little Bastid for sure.

As was Sam-A. What legend but he knew he hadn’t done enough to win.

I just saw an Instagram post from Jonathan saying thanks to everyone as he was in Hospital with a broken nose and broken knuckle.

Um, tough sport.

Link wouldn't play 'in your country'
