Dog sitting this weekend for GF’s brother. This is Lennox. He stepped on my foot earlier, kinda hurt. Not a monster, but around 85 pounds.

Thais got some exercise today.
I was hiking out to look at some planting, we've done for the National park.
Due to the drought and heat wave, a lot of them have died.
There are some 15 young Islandic horses running free in the area.
When they saw Thais, they took after him.
For the 14 it was fun and games but #15 did the head down, snaking thing that stallions do, when they want to drive another away.
Had me worried for a bit, till I realized they had no chance of catching the dog.
He is fast and well trained from racing against the ATV and those horses never came close to him.
I wish I had been able to film it.
The sight of a white dog streaking over the hills with 15 horses in pursuit was wonderful.
Afterwards a bone sure tasted nice.

6 years, he's my granddaughters. He was less than a year old when they moved in...been a heck of a ride with him. Went from a wingnut puppy to the immovable object..lol.
Fwiw, he weighs in at a trim 120lbs.
