I find it not only offensive, but downright reprehensible, that they speak so condescendingly of Ivermectin and its advocates, when they claim to be losing so many to Covid. If you aren’t saving 90+% of your patients, you can keep your militant advice to yourself. If you’re losing more than a good percentage, perhaps you should broaden your horizons and try a different approach.
