Hey Dave, im looking up specs on the boxer 427 and can only find the width with tracks extended, do you know the narrow width?

The 500 series is the ones that expand, the 427 I was talking about was the version on tires.

I just picked up 51 loops of 3/8" RSC 72DL(20") chain for $807.99 delivered. That's $500 cheaper than I get the locally.

Locally the dealer wants $490+tax on a roll (1640DL).

$.22 per DL= $360 per 100' roll. 51 chains= 2.23 rolls. 1 loop= $15.84

Gary gets rolls for about $250 and shipping is about $40. I give him a few dollars for his time as well.

On my last roll, I talked my new Stihl dealer into selling me a roll for $300. He still made money, but acted like he was losing money on it.

Psh, how many you need, Leon? I'd like to deliver them in person, but it'd be at least a month before I get the current work done. The job I was doing today at a chemical plant added another 7 trees over the main gate so I'll be back this weekend to take them all out (already got the leaning/hung up tree over the main enterance down).

It comes full chisel, but it can be round ground, which is what I do.
