O.C.G.D. Thread, part two

What kind do you use Brendon?

I just use plain ol' car wax. Meguiars Cleaner Wax I think its called. I don't go too crazy with all the crevisis, but I get the majority of it waxed. Next time I'm at the auto parts store I think I'll pick up some spray wax to reach all those little areas.

bought another 36" landscape rake today, any else excited? :D

and I get to run a rented Bobcat MT55 tomorrow, looking forward to it.

tips? hints? I have operated a skid steer before but not a walk behind, well actually it has a little skateboard thing I get to stand on...

go slow....watch out for the potiential "rag doll" effect. Carry the load low.

ha! I know better than to tip it that way, that rodeo skid steer is COOL! :)

This is the latest addition to the truck I dreampt up one night.

I was tired of hitting my head, and having chips fly all over the hood with the 5' high top. Designed this removal, 1' taller top, holds 2 orchard ladders-one under the bar/one on top of the bar. Now I got my pole tools stowed in the pipe which beats rolling around in the bed.

Attaches with 8 bolts, and can take it on and off by myself creatively. Truck will hold 1.5-2 +/- yards extra which I needed sometimes.

Next year I'm gonna ditch the mason dump because its too damn heavy and over built, I have an idea going on for that also.

Later,

B

The dimensions it is now is what it is going to be staying at. Southco's and Arbortech's have similar dimensions, it's what I based everything of off. Except there's are usually 5' tall, same width, but 11' long. Mines only 8' long.

Next year I'm just looking for a lighter bed, more tree based. The mason bed is built for rocks, heavy as shat, and kinda overbuilt for the chips.

never seen them before Squish, whats the 411? and nice covert samsquanch beer placement!

It's wet and slightly windy here thanks to you coasties and your big storm. The low down on the boots is I'd never heard of them before today but have been shopping around local retailers here looking for something and found these guys, nice high sticky rand, gortex, quality construction, and half price cause the store isn't gonna carry them anymore(they'll still honor the warranty though). So I figured I'd give em a shot.8)

And Kokanee = beer which I will drink in any shape and form.:D
