i just looked up the States' TA Program...up to 10k/yr grants available for qualifiers. Pretty good deal.

When I was in grade school we had 7' fall over a few days time, that's the most snow I've seen. Couldn't imagine twice that!

When I was a kid we had snow up to the eaves of the house one winter. No power for a month, but had a PTO generator.

Good luck California. At least it wont be so cold.

At least if you get snowed in you cant run out of water!
