I might just be looking for reasons to use up these DMM polymer grommets now. 4m x 10mm Teufelberger Sirius lanyard with extremely 'captive' Petzl Am'D karabiner.

Quick 6 inch eye splice in some 5/8 Atlantic Braids double braid. Don't really know who it's for, just got a few text messages and the rope left on my doorstep.

It's super flat as it has no core strands and theres no published specifications that i can find anywhere, maybe a call to the seller is in order to retrieve the details idk.

Type I paracord, spliced onto a snap and attached to an old felling wedge for harness attachment. Don't know if it'll be any good or not. Maybe.

What are you gonna use that for Sam? I'm guessing some form of MA. Also wondering about that whipping on it. Why so much? Couldn't that just be lock stitched? I'm just curious as I'm a bit lazy and don't lock stitch my own Brummell splices. I also know very little about splicing. I want to learn more, just can't find the time.
