In my defense…when it’s getting close to bedtime and you’ve worked hard all day, hangry…

Getting a lift out is more hassle than it seems. Go in the front, unlock, disarm alarm, search around inside the shop for a forklift, open a bay and drive it out back, walk back out front, get the truck and trailer, open a gate, pull it in, unload, do it in reverse…it’s on 8 acres and I already walked around it 100 times that day and then went and did trees a few hours.

I need to get my old champ fork running and station it out back, keep the key in my truck.
Blah blah blah. Blaggggggggh blah blah. Blagggggggggggh.

I feel that in my soul.

I just don't wanna!

So yesterday I finally dealt with something I'd put off for the better part of a year. IMG_20260214_161401299_HDR.jpg
Looks a little nasty after I unwrapped it, but it's cleaned up and rebandaged now.

Turns out that what I had thought was a cyst was actually a thorn surrounded by scar tissue. Pretty sure it was the Buckthorn I dealt with when I first got out here.

Ps I also hacked the beard back, because stray hairs kept getting caught in the Unicender...

Last bit of work at this site for now, fished the broken off limb out of the oleanders. cruised the tele home. Delivered firewood. Bought another military trailer for firewood. Looked at the monster tree (only from the street) pics don’t do it justice. IMG_7579.jpeg IMG_7580.jpeg IMG_7581.jpeg

Happy my Doc was able to take care of that for you. Well done.

Amazing the things you find obstructing the float valve…
Of course poop rolls downhill so the peacock gasket was disintegrated, ordered a new one.
Bike stopped gushing gas out of the overflow..
