    How's the splice today?

Well the wires were too short to do a proper grommet (not enough wire to do the core at all) but here's some. Man these little wires sure love to get loose  I'll likely just use the core wires to sieze them and they work fine for what i was thinking, they just help keep the shape of the...

    How's the splice today?

Yeah it's small stuff with lots of wires per strand, and it was crappy lighting, and i was off and on again on it because it was only while the apprentice was welding . If one of those little wires comes undone it'll do that, and it was a quick deal so i didn't even tape the ends. Here's...

Rig up some gin poles for him on his truck or something, even manual lifting with leverage is far better than just grunting stuff. You can use a chain fall instead of a winch for a lower cost point and sooner availability, then add a winch later as he sees how nice it is to lift and move stuff...

Best SNACKS Eaten by Tree House Members!

A cool trick with store bought queso is to smoke it, adds a whole nother taste range that really makes it. We would build a little aluminum foil boat, dump the bottle in, then throw it on the grill with some water soaked chips thrown on the coals. Later i starting making it in my Dutch oven and...

    How'd it go today?

If it's dirt I'll work great, the only thing that slows it down is solid rock. Around here at least hardpan is compressed clay and dirt that's dried out, add some water and force the dirt to move with a few thousand psi and its no longer hardpan. Try it next time, you might be hand digging less...

    How'd it go today?

Pressure washer and a shop vac, you would be amazed at how well it works  especially for trenching in something narrow, because the hole only has to be wide enough for the shopvac hose so it can suck the spoil away. You'll need other dirt to backfill with tho, unless you wanna wait till it...

    Decluttering

Any hardware store, it's a painting solvent. We would use it for removing oil before welding.

    Decluttering

You can, but it seeps so well its surprisingly hard to contain. I had it in a new us made oil can and it leaked out the bottom seam, and it's attempted epoxy repair, need to braze or solder it or something. They do make refillable spray applicators that would probably work, but a chip brush will...

    Decluttering

50/50 acetone and atf fluid, you'll never buy penetrating oil again, mason jar and a chip brush for applying. A section of brake line with your finger (like a straw) over the end will apply it to tight spots wonderfully too.
