Yep, can confirm. Rain and fog. I really wanted to play in a tree today, I haven't climbed in days, and I'm surrounded by all these awesome oaks, many of which could use a little TLC.

Screw warm weather, and screw the sun. This bullshit has become "typical" December weather. I want to feel like my nose snaps shut from the cold when I go outside in the morning. Just closed my door. House was at about equilibrium with outside @ 59°, and temps will start dropping.

Ended the day damp and 55⁰. Better than 0⁰. Getting some stuff done at the sawmill.

Lightly frozen, but with an heavy fog. I though that they can't be simultaneous.
I wanted to bring back home the fire wood cut this summer, but the ground is full of water. The tractor would ruin the soil.

One of the best times I had at work was a snow day. Me and my partner showup at the job, snow's finishing, and the fog is *heavy*. Neither of us is super enthused about looking for property corners, and we shoot the shit for awhile in the truck, then go out to look for corners. You can barely see 100' away. We're just wandering through fields, and no idea where we were. Everything's quiet with a thick blanket of fog. Just talking and walking. Ended up popping out at a road ~0.5mile away, and took the roads back to the truck. Didn't find a single corner, but it was a fantastic walk in the snow!
