Heading into a heat wave for maybe the next ten days. Possible bad storms, also. I've barely used my ac this year, that's about to change.

Dunno, video played way to jerky on my connection to make sense of the audio. That said, it looks pretty there.

Did Stephen ever mention that these foothills are hot? Because they sure as hell are. Nights are still cool-ish. But everyone keeps telling me it "hasn't gotten hot yet" and that's worrisome.

It’s been nasty here as well. Coolvest is making it tolerable but I’m changing out packs every 30-45 minutes. +3 gallons of water at work everyday plus another gallon between before and after.

Today was better than the last two. About 90⁰. 78⁰ now, and tolerable. Tomorrow predicted to be 70⁰, ramping back into the 80's next week.
We had "feels like" over 100⁰ this week. That's not normal for us in the hill towns of Western Mass.

Yeah it's been plenty warm this week. T storms hit early this AM and sure enough put a bit of an early morning chill in the air.

Go figure, a cold plunge has been supremely effective in turning the heat wave into a non factor for half day at a time.

Very hot here too. Yesterday; it was still 98°F at 18:00. A thunderstorm came during the night and cooled down the air a bit in the morning but that didn't last long. I had to stop several times due to overheating.
Monday will be even hotter.

Damn, Marc, I didn't realize France got so hot! We've got close to the same temps here, near Yosemite, but it's much more humid than where I'm from, so it's significantly more miserable. Nicer on the higher elevations though.
