Jammed shovel straight down into snow bank, then pulled it back out.
Was -35 or -37 that morning.

MB, Mid-March of 1968, there was about 3 " of snow on the ground up at Bastrop when we got there on a school trip for forestry class. All the pines below about 3" dbh were forming rainbows. Most sprang back up in a couple of days.

I can't imagine snow in central Louisiana .My Lawd the fender benders .

Up here in the Buckeye state it snows every year .You'd think people would have enough sense to know how to drive in it,wrong .They forget .
