Big news! I got the truck! My dad offered to head up there with me. He's always looking for a good fight!

So we drove up- $17K in my pocket and checked it out. The guy was super cool- he's getting out of the trees. He actually seemed sad to see this one go. His shop was in pristine condition and the care extended to his vehicles. All the filters have the mileage etched on them so we know when to replace them. He even gave me new air filter, fuel and oil filters and a bunch of replacement parts that were specific to this vehicle.

The guy's name was Joe. His HQ is off Plainsburg Rd. He had this truck custom built.

Meet Joe Jr.















When the dump goes up, all the tool boxes stay down. It has storage for plywood, pass-through tool storage (7.5' wide), a slide out chainsaw maintenance tray, ladder storage up top and a few other little things that a tree guy would love.

Now I just need a chipper!

In 95 I bought a brand new NPR, loved that truck, had a 14' dump bed and an awesome turning radius. However don't ever go off road with them......

I'll second the bit about off roading. It will get stuck on a wet leaf. Tow nicely though.

That body has a lifetime warranty! They are built here, highway products is hands down the nicest tool storage I have ever owned. Been on all my trucks for the last 20 years.
