There were reports of close to death, losing his fight.

That article says 10 mos. since finding the cancer. Seems like it's been in the news longer.
I remember seeing him in some TV drama cival war production. He was pretty awesome.

Just caught the news on the TV. According to Fox news, he had been battling cancer for 2 years. Thats a long battle by any means.

He's had the big C for years, that's no news.

Hes been battling pancreatic cancer for several years, and self admittedly smoked cigs like they were going out of style and said he would continue to until he died. Hes been at deaths door for a long time. Nonetheless may he RIP.

I realize that. But he was in pretty frail condition from the cancer. The smoking surely didnt help.

I loved and still like to watch once in a while, point break, but not for patrick tho, I laugh my ass off when I see Keanunu reeves say "I am and FBI agent!" but yes, RIP Patrick.
