The Official Work Pictures Thread

Rich, how do you know the other prices, customer divulged?

Our brain is the best thing we can ever get by far. So useful, precious but delicate. I can't understand this constant desire to hammer it by all means possible.

Try head first against a wall. That should give some results. Many advantages: it's easily adjustable, you can stop when you want, no problem with the cops and sooo cheap vs the other shits.

I’ve always been super curious about Meth, just never had the guts to do it.

How do you folks feel about Adirol, Riddlin and the others? Wouldn’t street meth just be better? Not that I’ll ever try it.

I’m with Burnham on this one.
Uppers and downers are weaksauce. You'll either burn yourself out, or fade away. If you have attention issues, get a prescription from the doctor, and take it as directed. If you want to see something, get some acid or mushrooms. Illegal's illegal. If you're gonna take something illegal, might as well not be lame.

Set up a remote retrievable TIP to the left on HTP, and a similarly trunk-choked pull-me-sideways rope, not quite life-support quality on DrenaLine.

Hovered next to this crusty @zz alder, dropping the top on concrete in the yard, shattering it. Had to chunk it down outside the fence, fliplining in only for the last 30'.

The tree held my full weight while topping.
Climbed softly.
Had it broken, it would have taken out two fences... doubt it would have cracked the concrete.

Well managed, Sean. That was not a pretty scenario.

I basically do all the work for an HOA. Guessing 200 homes.
This was an HOA greenbelt tree.
Greenbelt trees are commonly leave-as-falls, unless in a very visible spot.

Generally, i keep an eye out.

I told them it was time for a thorough Consulting Arborist inventory again.

I've done 15 of 17 that are most hazardous.

Next round will be the moderates, and the extras I've found. 30-45 trees.

And a big Madrona in the park went south in the heatwave.

And the resident from this job has a big ash to prune.

And the HOA president stopped by and needs personal work.

And...

Been up at about 8000 feet taking out dead or compromised trees at two cabins last few days. No cell, internet or phone service. All off grid. Only streams of trout and camp fire chat.
Might have a home owner send more. But only before and after on a ho clean up and afters of the cabin we camped at.
HO lost his beloved elephant tree, so we kept the elephant part and I carved nostrils. Couple of decorative shelves from one we rigged down. Last one at the other cabin was split from one codom falling off during the mono event. 20210729_084645.jpg 20210729_095532.jpg 20210729_095553.jpg 20210729_084701.jpg 20210729_084650.jpg 20210729_084859.jpg 20210729_084824.jpg 20210729_095526.jpg 20210729_084919.jpg

Neat place up there. Is the lack of underbrush fairly natural, or has it been extensively cleaned?
