I was just reminded of something that happened to me years ago. I have strong German ancestry on both sides. Despite my name not being spelled the same, I am, nonetheless, a German Shepard. One of the kids in town that used to ride atv's had the house where everyone congregate. When his mother figured out I was a German Shepard, she invented what she called the "German Shepard Dance", which she promptly demonstrated to me. Or ON me, more appropriately. :O It only reinforced my lifelong commitment to remaining drug and alcohol free.

I hear you.

She is a strange dog for sure.

People think she must need 10-15 km a day but a 3 km walk tracking tired her out much more.

We do walk her 3 times a day. Usually 30-40 in the morning. A decent walk mid afternoon and then a 25 minute walk for toilet duties before bed.

She is in season at the moment and a bit lethargic. I am sure she would have loved to run 4x that much but I cannot let her off as she will be miles away looking for a potential father for puppies 😜

Put her on a boat. They would make amazing puppies.
