Wish you could just download Fire Fox and add the AdBlockPlus. Probably can't do that at work though. More secure browser than IE.

I upped the level of pop-up blocker setting, but no joy. No way to block a specific url.

Bummer. Some you can just right click on the pop up or url (or in our care the actual blue box image) and select block.

I'm trying IE now, still no blue box except for the reply thing.

I guess Kaspersky is stopping it.

I only get the border around the quick reply box. I was getting the signature thing, but it went away on its own. Night time the pages load sloooow

Here is what is looks like when you kill it with the ad block plus. Maybe you can enter this code into what ever blocker you have and try that.
