This little arsehole showed up Sunday night and nobody claimed him so as of now he is fixed, up to date on shots and appears to be an addition to the household bringing our feline population up to 5 cats.

On a side note, I'm letting Lombardy volunteers take off in the back yard. The ground water is high and I'm fascinated by the rate of growth. I scraped the bark off of one with the mower maybe a month ago and it has all but completely closed.

Been a little bit busy with other things. Took some time to download a few of my favorites.

This is a cemetary for a mental hospital that is now a community college. No grave markers just a single monument with a few hundred names. Nice area, bunch of Burr Oaks.

Come out here and climb a tall conifer and you'll have a good view. Wish I had a camera the other day. Trees wern't all that. Butfrom a 50' basket, you could about see the entrance of Yosemite.

Yup. That's bridge goose. Somewhat related to tree goose, but they don't usually cross paths.

There was one on the opposite side of that structure as well that didn't move much and one sitting in the middle of all the deadfall in the water.

I go into editing and crank up the Saturation and the colors just pop. Works for video too.

Looks cross-eyed. How did you get that cat to hold still?
Yeah, Chico is cross eyed but a great hunter. He only sat still because there's another cat out of frame that he was observing. Also a little luck and I was quick on the draw with the phone.
