Raining like we haven't seen in a long time... We're in drought, pretty much nation wide. So it was pretty special.
Our national weather forecaster has had so much traffic today the site was down all afternoon from all the radar watchers.

No I haven't... yet.
For whatever cross section of the Australian community I represent, I will be avoiding it for as long as possible. Its title is ironically un-Australian. Or something like that. The vibe of what I mean is there at any rate.
Have you, or anyone else for that matter heard anything good of it?

A tad chilly ,built a fire a few minutes ago .When it gets to the coals I'll toss in a creosote gizmo and see how it does .

Getting decidedly wintery here...its plummeted below 70*...
But last week it was like, REALLY cold, like umm 60*!!!
Gales and rain are a pain, more of those during our 'winter'.

Angus...were you at Arbor Camp up at Mt. Tamborine QLD in September?

Bermy, you're starting to sound like Gigi with all her whining about her winter weather.

I trained in the UK, and complained when there was still ice on the ground at lunchtime, now what's up with that? Only place that should be is in a glass with rum and coke!:what:

50 degrees and partially cloudy. No snow anywhere to be seen and temps are 10 degrees above average.
