Snow, but lightly for the most part. A skiff on the ground, maybe 1/2 inch at this point. Tomorrow and the next few days after is when the real deal is forecast.

We are supposed to get snow on the coast tonight. Up to 4 inches. It hasn't snowed here in at least 20 years. This will be fun!

We finally got a little dusting that's melting away as I type...not quite the big storm they hyped up.

We have about 10 inches on the ground now...and are still feeding Anna's hummingbirds . We always have a few that over-winter with us. Have to rotate a pair of feeders to keep the food from freezing...one by the woodstove, one hanging on the porch. Both inside overnight.

I was sweating milling today. Not just a little sweat. Helmet soaked, glasses salt streaked, dripping all over the place... Crap December. Extended forecast is calling for 36° Monday, then back into the mid 40s :^S

We just got our first sizable snow fall of a few inches. Another inch coming tonight. New Years is going to be cold around 0 with five inches of powder.
