Whats blooming?

The weird box thing is a security cover over a water backlfow prevention check valve.

It's the west wall in a very hot climate. The blue wall has nothing behind it, just metal. Gets real hot. The white wall is part of the building which is air conditioned. All I can figure is the differences in the walls. They get the same water out of the same soaker hose. Perhaps the sickly ones need a lot more.

Yikes!!!
Max, that angel in the background looks like the one from Dr. Who....DON'T BLINK!!

How'd you get that stump hollowed out? A saw and chisels?
The home owner started with an ms250, made plunging waffle cuts and the outline. Nothing was coming out that way. I used a combination of my 346 and my 7900 to make some angle cuts, along with an axe to get a pocket in one side to get my 2511 down into, then mowed the chunks out with it.

After posting, I was thinking "grinding" the top might work well. Feather the bar over the top, and shave it out. It works very well with spruce, but maybe not with harder wood.
