charcoal - that is what my steak turned into - OPPS - I forgot it.

I did that with pork country ribs once. Stuck them in the oven and promptly forgot about them until the smoke alarm went off 3 hours later.

Tonight I'm having the second half of last night's stromboli.

threw some tri tip steaks in the oven with potatoes

Grilled Salmon and steamed broccoli and cauliflower.

pan seared salmon, noodles n sauce, tomato and cucumber salad.
