I don't do tomatoes that still look like tomatoes. I'm trying to accept mushrooms into my life, it's a slow process.

Cherry tomatoes are pretty good fresh, like Cherub tomatoes in the clear top yellow bottom containers. If cut in half and cooked, the tomatoes fall apart easily just leaving the skins behind.
