That's an interesting way to plate it, over the spinach leaves. I'm gonna try that!

Be good over some swiss chard as well. Kale.... kale you would have to cook in it last minute. The spinach blanches immediately once the soup hits it hot.

Sans spinach, it was lovely. I've never had lentils that I enjoyed, til tonight. Once again, Stephen has proven an excellent cook! Got me a big Tupperware of leftovers I'm looking forward to.

A fixed blade would keep crud from collecting in hard to reach places. I'd suggest a Mora. <$15 will get you a great knife that punches way above it's weight.

This is a chicken cutlet with cheese, as a side dish - baked potatoes with eggplant, Korean carrots, Georgian cabbage (red) with a small amount of mayonnaise, tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce leaves.

A can of chili dumped over a batch of air fryer tater tots with some diced onion and hot sauce. Sort of a bargain basement loaded chili tots. Most likely with a side of violent illness at a time to be announced at a later date.

I just had a can of aldi German bean soup. Didn't even have to put attention into heating it up. Stuck the pot on top of the woodstove til it was hot enough.
