M made pizza tonight...fresh dough, a killer spicy tomato sauce, sliced veggies, Italian sausage of the chicken variety, and grated mozzarella cheese.

To die for.

Jalapeno/ onion/ oyster mushrooms on broccoli. Jalapenos were stupid hot, just absolutely pouring tears. Trying to figure out what to do with the leftovers, not sure I can eat that again tomorrow!

I had some Eggplants in the polytunnel, that were trying for World domination.
So after coming home from the hospital, I spent an hour chopping and made a huge batch of Ratatouille.
Everything fresh from garden and tunnel.
We'll eat it again tomorrow and as soon as it has cooled down today, I'll freeze the rest.

Sounds good. I understand that Hooters has good wings....among other things.


Been using Chupacabra Poultry seasoning recently.

Its good on its own....but also good with Franks Hot buffalo.

I think I've only ate at Hooters once, and it was entirely subprime.

I'd like to make my own sauce as much as practical (not making my own hot sauce, worcestershire, butter, etc). I'd think it should be cheaper, higher quality, and hopefully what I'm looking for flavor wise... we'll see, not big on grocery shopping in the city at the moment.

My favourite wing sauce is 50% butter 50% Frank's. A classic for a reason! Coated before cooking helps crisp em up, then again after for more heat

Buck a pound, $26-27 for 10 packs, put 9 in the freezer. KFC charges ~$16 for 8 drums.

Marinated some bonless skinless thighs in balsamic vinaigrette, grilled it over oak, and put it on a salad with some yellow and red pear tomatos from the garden. Served with cold cucumber and ranch.
