I haven't smoked with cherry yet but I'm dying to try some out.
I just received in the mail a meat injector! I would've loved t have gotten it a day earlier for this pork. That will be my next addition is injecting some more flavours and juiciness.
I have a little pile of cherry curing I need to check on.
I'm very much a beginner smoker still. Maybe eight or ten under my belt now? Just got that little smoker for Christmas last year.
