mmm... pork. im making poached salmon with braised Brussels sprouts.

Salmon here as well tonight.. ate all 2 pounds and a pound of broccoli.

My version of HMH Pot Roast and I went ahead and served some mashed rutabaga and green beans with it.



Pretty much make everything all in one pan, even the rutabagas, except I wanted mashed not chunks. Of course GBs are made as a side and omitted as well.

BBQ top sirlion steaks, artichokes, oven fried potatoes and a salad..........bday supper for my son. Oh and 40 Tidbits for dessert.
