A Chadha special! Thin slices of gala apple, Neuskes bacon cut form slab bacon = thick cut, sharp cheddar, a honey mustard of my own creation, on fresh french bread, all pressed and melty.
I heard that flank steak was the BEST for pot roast....one of those radio cook show ladies. She was right. Flaky like a chuck roast cooks up, but no where near as fatty, and doesn't taste dry. In our store they call them flat iron steaks.
