Dang right! Probably 7 hrs aloft. When I came down I said I need a break so I’ll run the chipper. Just needed different type of attention and muscle movements.Kinda work that will tire you out just being alert on on your toes.
Check out the neighboring house on the left…. Affordability won on that job. 😂. There wasn’t much grass between the houses anyways.Very creative and innovative.
Do they care about the grass?
Btw, you don't chip, you stuff, true?
First day with the jib, worked a treat!
Grinder is swoony!
Fine looking fleet.I don’t chip.
That's awesome re running.I’m very busy in Maui and Oahu but live in Big Island…. Just started running again… day 2
Would be nice to have a grapple on the end. Maybe make it out of aluminum or magnesium to save weight.@Nutball
I could take most of those pieces at full reach over the side. The initial picks are over the blade where I'm quite stable. I'll potentially add ~1500lb of counterweight to the excavator, but so far it isn't a priority. The OEM additional counterweight is almost $6/lb, not doing that!
Pictures from my initial testing, here's ~1450lb at a ~33' radius over the side with no additional counterweight.
Same load over the front at ~40'.
