Whether fish is considered meat depends on the definition of meat being used:

• Dictionary definition
  The dictionary defines meat as "the flesh of animals as used for food", which would include fish.
• Warm-blooded animals
  Some people define meat as the flesh of warm-blooded animals, such as beef, pork, and chicken, and would not consider fish to be meat because it is cold-blooded.
• Fur-covered mammals
  Others define meat as the flesh of fur-covered mammals, which would exclude fish and chicken.
• Structural
  Meat can also refer to skeletal muscle, tissues, fat, and innards, in which case fish would be considered meat.

Apparently this is just a legend, but largely accepted as fact among students at MIT. Funny if true. I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if this happened. MIT students have the absolute best pranks. They once disassembled one of the campus police cruisers and then reassembled it on top of one of the buildings on campus in a single night. That one isn't legend. It actually happened.

Nevermind. I guess they created a highly detailed, fake cruiser on top of the campus building's dome using a Chevy Cavalier. Complete with flashing lights. It's interesting how all of these pranks evolve with the story telling.

@lxskllr That made my day! I love when people dub their voices over animal behavior in comedic ways. Some of it is absolute gold.

Here's a short video that is a parody of those Shorts you see where a guy has a table and two chairs, invites people who are having bad days to sit down, puts headphones on them, and then serenades them with impressive, inspiration music played on site, making the stranger smile and improves their day.
