On Wednesday I was tapping a lil limb locked tree and each tap I was looking up, well the third look up I took it straight to the face haha. First tree of the morning after an hour hike just to get to my saw.

Strange how cameras fail to show how steep mountain slopes really are.

Images of broad landscapes can show steepness, but looking straight at a slope it flattens right out.

I take pics to post here, and when I look at them, it's just "meh...". Looked much more impressive in person.

Hearing the truck's engine giving all it has to back up the road tells a lot of the actual slope.
