I'm having the same problem at the moment on my wood splitter .11 HP Briggs flat head ,gravity tank that hasn't been ran since last fall .About every 3-4 years I have to blow the chit out of the jets through the fuel line etc .Then it runs okay another couple of years .More of a nuisance than anything .
